Eugenie Absalom was born and bred in Moscow, Russia. She graduated from the Moscow State Linguistic University (MSLU) and went straight into travel industry. She travelled all over the former Soviet Union with English speaking tourists and accompanied groups of Russian tourists abroad.
For the past 20 years Eugenie Absalom has lived in England – for the first two years in Windsor and then in London. She did courses with the London School of Journalism, CSV – Media, Kensington Video College and InBiz. After 9 years with the Royal Collection Enterprises Ltd she moved into public relations.
Her speciality is creative promotion: events with a cultural twist, print and online coverage of art, fashion and jewellery shows, brand launches and charity galas. Eugenie Absalom provides photography and videography, web design and writing, online identity and marketing services as well as translation between Russian and English languages.

Eugenie Absalom’s current project is Salon Art Bizarre – brand new international contemporary art fair that is focused on unconventional, original, bizarre forms of artistic expression. The Salon is open for participation to galleries and individual artists. It was launched at La Galleria Pall Mall, 30 Royal Opera Arcade in December 2010. Salon Art Bizarre Launch was visited by HRH Prince Michael of Kent and had a special guest speaker from Italy – world renowned art critic Vittorio Sgarbi.
